Refresh of the outside of a historical site shopping area.
The Settlement, now known as Biltmore Village, was one of the earliest examples of a planned, mixed – used community that combined retail, residential and recreational space. With brick, stucco pebbledash and wood timbers to create a cohesive whole reminiscent of the tradition architecture of a rural England village or Northern French hamlet. The goal was to give it a refresh to keep its remains a treasured architectural designed.
